How to: Add box to an organization chart.
Solution:
Edit the organization chart, and click the desired chart box type from the 'Standard' toolbar.
Do the following to add a box to an organization chart:
1) Select (single-click) the desired organization chart. (Handles appear around the border.)

2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'MS Org Chart Object'. (A submenu appears.)

3) Select 'Edit' from the submenu. (The organization chart window appears with the toolbar tools and menu commands active.)
4) Click desired chart box button from the 'Standard' toolbar inside the chart window. (The cursor changes to a small chart box.)
NOTE: The chart box button choices are 'Subordinate', 'Co-worker (left)', 'Co-worker (right)', 'Manager', and 'Assistant'.

5) Position the chart box cursor over the existing chart box to which the new box will be connected.
6) Click mouse button. (The new chart box appears.)
7) (Optional) Type the desired text.
8) Select 'File' menu and select 'Close' from inside the organizational chart window to close the Organization Chart box edit window. (A note appears asking whether to update the organization chart.)
9) Click 'Yes'.
